A holding company registered in Feni, with ৳20,00,000 of committed capital across five partners and one operational concern to start with.
BizHub Limited has been formed in Feni as a holding company for local digital business ventures. The structure is deliberately small: five partners, ৳20,00,000 in committed capital, and one operational concern rather than a portfolio of announcements.
The founder, Kazi Abidur Rahman, holds 25%. Four investors hold 15% each, and 15% is reserved for future investment.
The first concern, BizHub Feni, is already trading. The district chapters on the roadmap open only after Feni proves the model.
