Questions about the plans
A set number of posts and reels across a named set of channels, your Google Business Profile kept current, replies to comments, and a monthly report. The exact numbers are on the plans page — Starter is 15 posts a month, Market Leader is 110. Nothing is hidden behind "custom".
No. The plan fee pays for our time. Any money you choose to spend on Facebook, Instagram or Google ads goes to those platforms in full — we do not add a margin to it, and you set the budget.
That is Google's decision, not ours. It is usually a few days and occasionally a few weeks, depending on whether Google asks for a postcard, a phone call or a video. We chase it until it clears, and we tell you honestly where it is stuck.
Yes. Plans are monthly — move up, move down or stop at the end of any billing month. Your Google profile, pages and accounts are registered in your name from day one, so you keep everything if you leave.
