A page last posted to in 2023, with an old number and no address, costs you more customers than having nothing at all.
A dormant page is not neutral. A customer who finds a page whose last post is two years old concludes the shop has closed — and they are right to, because that is usually what a dead page means.
Presence is three things working together: a listing people can find, a profile that is current, and a channel where somebody replies. One of the three on its own does very little.
